What are the payment terms?
The site survey, design and quote stage is free and there is no obligation to proceed
if you change your mind. Once you are happy with everything, and have a date for
installation we ask for a deposit of 20%. Once the foundations are in place and the
shell is erected we ask for a further 30%. The building is then clad, plastered, and the
electrics are fitted etc and just before laying the flooring and decoration, we ask for
a further 30%. When we are finished and you are happy that everything is as it should
be, we ask you for the final balance of 20%. It is useful to remember, for your financial
planning, that the full installation schedule takes approximately two weeks.
Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
How long will it take to build?
One of the big advantages of this system is that it can be installed in days rather than
months. Depending on the size and access to the site, the whole process from
foundations to decoration takes about 2 weeks.
Can I have my own design and interior colour scheme?
Yes. All of our installations are individually designed to suit your exact requirements.
Our design service is an integral part of what makes Roomworks so popular.
We don’t produce off-the-shelf buildings because everyone’s requirements are
different.

Red cedar is a wonderful wood and an obvious choice for building design.
It is beautiful, durable and requires no maintenance. It is naturally resistant to
decay and insect attack because of naturally occurring acids in the wood.

You dont! (it’s very dangerous and completely unecessary). Our green roof requires

There are lots of benefits to a green roof, not least that it more than doubles the life
expectancy of the roof.
Do I have to have a green roof?
There are many advantages of installing a green roof but if you choose not to have one
traditional roof coverings such as tiles, slates etc are totally compatible with a SIPs
